We offer richly equipped air-conditioned apartments for 4+1 persons and rooms with their own bathroom for two persons. In some rooms, it is possible to add an extra bed on request.
The building has two apartments and eight rooms with their own bathroom, most of which have access to the balcony.
The apartments consist of a living room with a kitchen fully equipped with utensils for eating and cooking, a refrigerator and freezer, a dishwasher, an oven and a microwave oven, a kettle, two bedrooms with a double bed 180X200, a bathroom with a washing machine, an area of 53.5m2 and covered balcony of 20m2, with a partial view of the sea and the promenade.
Rooms with their own bathroom are 20-25m2, six of which have access to the balcony, and two rooms without a balcony. Each room is equipped with a kettle for coffee/tea.
Each unit has available WiFi, smart TV/satellite, bed linen and towels, and free private parking in the building’s yard.
The distance to the airport is 13 km, to the city of Pula 10 km.
